The Role: Group IT Manager
Permanent contract – based in Champtocé-sur-Loire (near Angers), a strategic industrial site
Votre mission
In a context of strengthened digital transformation, PCM is seeking its Group IT Manager to lead its global technology strategy, with a strong focus on integrating Artificial Intelligence into business processes and daily tools.
Lead the Group’s IT Systems with an AI-driven Vision
You will be responsible for the availability, security, and performance of the Group’s entire IT systems, spread across several continents (servers in China, Canada, USA, etc.).But beyond that, you will play a strategic role in the industrialization of AI within the group: automation, hypervisualization, supply chain optimization, predictive maintenance, enhanced user experience... You will carry this vision with boldness and pragmatism.
Current tools: ERP Sage X3, SharePoint, SQL, Isilog, ongoing BI and IoT projects.
Manage a Committed, Structured Team Focused on Internal Clients
You will lead a team of 17 people, divided into 3 business areas:
- Data & AI
- Applications (ERP, business tools)
- Infrastructure & Networks
Each area is led by a middle manager, allowing you to focus your energy on vision, cross-functional coordination, and technological empowerment.
You will be the conductor of a solid team, cultivating collaborative leadership that aligns expertise, enhances fluidity, and mobilizes teams around change.
Operate in an International Context
You will lead IT projects with international scope and collaborate with the Group’s various subsidiaries. English is your working language with partners, suppliers, and local teams.
Vous
With a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in systems, networks, or IT architecture, you have at least 7 to 10 years of proven experience in Information Systems management, enabling you to quickly identify key projects to prioritize across the group’s subsidiaries.
You also have at least 5 years of successful team management experience.
You have worked in a multi-subsidiary, international industrial context.
You are fluent in English, a must-have for working in an international environment with peers and suppliers.
Your ability to unite and motivate teams around common goals is recognized.
You enjoy transparent and spontaneous communication, and support both technical and organizational change. Problem-solving and continuous improvement are part of your daily routine.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: €80,000 – €100,000

Variable component: €10,000 annual bonus distributed as follows:

20% based on Group objectives

80% based on individual objectives
